According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Aadujeevitham raked in an impressive Rs 4.50 crore on its first Tuesday, after a successful extended weekend run. While this figure reflects a slight decrease from Monday’s earnings, it does not signal any cause for concern. The film is maintaining its momentum and is expected to end its first week with a strong box office showing before heading into its second weekend.
With a cumulative total of Rs 40.40 crore over the course of six days, Aadujeevitham is on track to cross the Rs 50 crore mark by the end of the week. This sets the stage for a potentially significant surge in collections in the upcoming weekend, with the film eyeing a target of Rs 80 crore worldwide.
Comparing Tuesday’s collections, Aadujeevitham has surpassed similar Malayalam-language hits and even outperformed the Bollywood film Crew. While Crew, featuring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon, earned Rs 3.50 crore on Tuesday, Aadujeevitham managed to secure Rs 4.50 crore on its sixth day of release. Similarly, the Hollywood blockbuster Godzilla vs. Kong: The New Empire garnered Rs 4.75 crore on its fifth day of screening.
Despite being in its sixth day, Aadujeevitham’s Tuesday collections prove its sustained power at the box office. Official figures are yet to be released, but it is anticipated that the film’s worldwide gross will surpass Rs 75 crore after Tuesday’s successful earnings.
